I had the pleasure of working with both Doug and Bryan during my "house hunt" this year. The market conditions were atrocious for buyers. I was concerned that I would NEVER find a house that I could both afford and enjoy! They proved me wrong. They were motivated to find the right house for me, and had the confidence and experience needed in an aggressive market to make it happen. Without Bryan's dedication, perseverance and innate charm, I do not believe I would be the proud owner of my new home. His representation at the time of offer was key to a successful transaction. Although the process was quite stressful, after the deal was over, I was saddened that we would no longer be getting together to view more houses. He made the house hunting personable and the enjoyable experience it should be. I would highly recommend both Doug and Bryan when you are looking for representation in buying or selling a home.
